So my dad cancelled his operation at the very last minute. I didn’t know about it till late last night. We talked and he told me that the stone was too near his kidney. In other words, if he carries on with the operation, it will be a really risky one. A relative of ours once undergo the same procedure, he ended up having to go for dialysis every week. My dad doesn’t want the same thing to happen to him. That’s why he cancelled it off. Now, he’s eating this traditional medicine recommend to him by a relative of ours.
Like I say in the previous post, I have no idea what to feel right now. Yes, there’s no more operation BUT the stone is still there. God forbids, the stone might even get bigger in time. Gahhhhh. Ok ok. *breathes in and out* No negative thoughts, rad. He will be fine. My dad will be just fine.
Edit//: I just read ain’s comment. Aah eh. I need to ask my dad on whether or not he already consults a doctor abt that traditional herb thing. Ish.
My dad will be undergoing an operation tomorrow.
And I swear I’ve never been this scared before.
Tawakal and a lot of Doas.
That’s the only thing I can do right now.
Yay, my dad’s operation is postponed. He said he wants to try out some traditional medicine first. In a month time, he will go back to hospital to have an x-ray. I don’t know whether or not this is a good thing, but I’m glad he’s not operating tomorrow. I’m just not ready for anything yet… So yep, for now, I can shrug this sadness off and start smiling again =)

Sometimes God breaks our spirit to save our soul.
Sometimes, He breaks our hearts to make us whole.
Sometimes, God sends us pain so we can be stronger.
Sometimes, He sends us failure so we can be humble.
Sometimes, God sends us illness so that we take better care of ourselves.
Sometimes, He takes everything away from us
so we can learn the “value” of everything he gave to us.

Thank you F’an, for putting aside some of your time to listen,
learn and understand me.
You make me go crazy all over again
=)
While on the way to Bedok interchange just now, a girl collapsed on the bus. I didn’t know that she was actually a friend of mine (both primary school and polytechnic) until I helped her sit down. Sunken face, Bony wrist. Hollow eyes. Pale deathly face. I knew right that instance, what is she suffering of…
Ah, I’m just too dumb-strucked to say anything.

The smile on your face lets me know that you need me
There’s a truth in your eyes saying you’ll never leave me
The touch of your hand says you’ll catch me whenever I fall
You say it best, when you say nothing at all.

I woke up this morning to see the sun shining at its oddest colour. Instead of your typical blue sky, it was orange-y this morning. It’s like there’s a fire going out nearby but there’s no fire at all. Sheesh. How weird.
And yesterday, I nearly blacked out. I was in a midst of doing a split during Silat when suddenly I felt really dizzy. Like my mum always says, I suddenly “saw stars”. I quickly stopped doing my split and went into a squatting position. It’s been awhile since I had this fainting spell. The last time I had it was when I was out shopping with my family in Malaysia. Ah old story. Yesterday I was fasting you see. So most probably, I nearly fainted due to dehydration. Pfft. Weak ah rad.
